Lobbying Day and Rally at the Capitol
on Tuesday, June 4th at 10am
Several important pieces of legislation have been introduced that will begin to restore Pennsylvania to its rightful place as a leader in innovation and opportunity and bring the cash-strapped state budget back to fiscal health. Our elected officials need to hear from us!

After the rally, please join AFP-PA to lobby your representative and senator about vital issues for the future of our state including: pension reform, Common Core, prevailing wage, tax cut for job creators (PA currently has the highest corporate income tax rate in the nation), Right to Work, employee paycheck protection, liquor privatization, death tax elimination, and halting the Obamacare Medicaid expansion. A legislative lunch panel will follow with state legislators, as well as break out sessions on how to effectively influence government policy, and a presentation about the problems with Common Core by grassroots leaders and former gubernatorial candidate Peg Luksik!
